The Body of Knowledge (BoK) on Infrastructure Regulation website was created by the Public Utility Research Center (PURC) at the University of Florida under a contract with the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) and the World Bank (Infrastructure Economics and Finance Department). PURC manages the BoK website (Site) under a contract with PPIAF and the World Bank. By visiting this website the User agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein.
