Price elasticity of supply:
The responsiveness of quantity supplied to changes in price, calculated by dividing the percentage change in quantity supplied by a percentage change in price. A value less than 1 indicates an inelastic supply curve while a value greater than 1 indicates an elastic one; i.e., quantity supplied will be highly responsive to price changes.
