Anti-competitive behavior:
Company behavior that aims to reduce competition and protects a firm's market power or position; behaviors reflecting a potential abuse of dominance, include refusal to supply, cross-subsidization, misuse of information, and predatory pricing. Tie-in sales (bundling) can also be anticompetitive.
